this chair is soft, comfortable, and easy to assemble. I never build anything. I didnt even know the difference between a Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench. I built the chair by myself following the instructions that came with it. I needed a comfy chair for working and home and doing online college classes. I am very pleased with the chair.
