The chair arrived unexpectedly early only 2 days after ordering, even though confirmation suggested 10-14 days. All the pieces are contained in one large box and includes the tool to tighten the screws (screwdriver not required). Agree with another reviewer that figuring out the correct orientation of the armrests is the most tricky part, then holding the pieces to line up the screw holes is definitely easier with two people. Took us about 20-30 minutes to complete, including fixing the armrests twice. Soft padding and leather look vinyl are comfy and should hold up well in my home office. Good upgrade from my old mesh arm-less computer chair.
