If you are like myself not a professional furniture assembly this project is fairly easy to do but its not an umbrella. You cant just open it and simply start using immediately.
Pretty straight forward. One thing I recommend is attaching handles to the back of the chair and then mounting it on the base. Make sure you identified which arm rest is left and which one is right. Check out the pictures along with this review.
At the end when you mount sit in the back parts if you have a second person it would be a lot easier. If you are by yourself it is best to put it on the side. Check out photos
Also a little about screws - they need to be pushed on at the end to get them real tight.
They are not perfectly aligned so it was a little bit of a struggle but nothing real bad.
Finally it has little scuffs and scratches but nothing majorly bad. It def is $80 chair not $500.
