This bed is just what we needed // queen on bottom and XL Twin on top. This company is wonderful. The bed arrived in two boxes, like expected, but the larger box was obviously a returned item.and had been re/packaged and re/taped but still had gaping holes. I counted every single piece to make sure all was in order.
Unfortunately the screws were scattered throughout the box. Miraculously all pieces were in good shape and only ONE screw was missin I called the company and their customer service was aming, and sent the screw immediately. Luckily they sent TWO screws because as we assembled the bed, we needed it as well. This bed is sturdy and the instructions for assembly were pretty good. I say pretty good because we were confused a few times, but finally figured it out. This bed will be used in our guest room for many years to come.
