I would like to give this bed a 5/5 stars but I cant because one board came with a huge gash on it right on the front. I have contacted customer service which made me take pictures, find numbers and prove that I purchased this item brand new, ( ordinarily would be fine) however I jumped through all of their hoops and have never heard back from them about getting a replacement board. I expect to have this bed for years to come and I am incredibly upset that it has a gash in it. They say they offer free product replacement parts instead of returning the whole bed, honestly I wish we would have taken it apart and returned it and reordered. The bed itself is very nice and my daughters love itI will update if they respond back and replace the board.
