I was hesitant on ordering this bed after reading other reviews about how poorly the pieces were labeled instructions hard to understand.
Im happy to report that every piece of my bed was labeled instructions greatIm a 60 yr old woman that put the bunk beds together entirely, only needing help lifting one on top of the other when completedOne of the rails had a split in the wood I was afraid it would not be safe, so I contacted them by chat. (Contact info was on instruction sheet). They were very courteous thorough gathering info for replacement part needed. The only down side was it was a week before I received the replacement part.
