We waited 2 weeks. When it finally arrived it was missing every piece of hardware, directions, missing pieces, extra slats. it was totally messed up. They did ship us a new one which we got a week later. Once the new one came in we put it together. Every part and everything is now correct. We are very happy with the beds. There is plenty of head room and its extremely sturdy.
