I ordered this because it was inexpensive looked okay and frankly needed a bed. The bed arrived in the mail and I was stoked that I could finally stop sleeping on just the mattress on the floor. My roommate and I were putting it together to find the slats missing. This caused the wooden slats to not be able to fit the frame.
The company sent us a new part, but to only have the wooden slats be the biggest pain to deal with. They use curved wood not straight so it is very difficult to fit I the slats. They also keep popping out of the slats. Additionally, they kept popping out after having put the mattress on the bed, which resulted into morphing those wooden slats and almost tearing my mattress.
I wouldnt buy from this company again, but it did the job while I had it.which was less than a year
