Mdf instead of hdf (fiberboard density. Keeps price down)
I put it together in about 90 minutes wor alone. The boards are mdf, so avoid over tightening screws so u dont crack boards. Only the vaneer is finished. and slats are unfinished wood. Id recommend paying the 40 to get a peice of 1/2 sheathing (giant particle board used in roofing) cut to size. Most lumber yards will make the cuts for you.
