This was really easy to put together. It took about 20 minutes. It fits my big 42 TV without any problems. I also keep my cable modem, internet router, PS3 and other random things (a few DVDs and video games) on it. Its held up just fine. I think it looks nice in my living room as well. For the price, it cant be beat.
