We love the platform bed.it looks good and does the job well. Was fairly easy to put together too.
I was very impressed with the customer service in particular. A few months after purchase my son was horsing around and ended up breaking one of the plastic feet. I sent an email to their Customer Service and within a couple hours they had already mailed out a replacement. They didnt even charge me for it which they could have because it was our fault. Wonderful servicethanks!
