Came without the assembly instructions and the instructions posted on the manufacturers website are for if 90 percent of the bed was already pre-assembled! Also, the box it was shipped in was pretty beat up.
I upgraded the review from one star to 3 based on bunk bed construction. Once assembled it is a nice looking sturdy set. It is relatively easy to assemble. The packaging needs changing. The package I received was missing instructions and a lot of the hardware. The package was damaged enough that it may have opened during shipping and these items may have fallen out. A few or a handful of the boards were dented or scratched. This is a heavy box. It probably should be split into two to three boxes to reduce damage during shipping.
