Reasonably comfortable and firm, looks good from the front- but looks cheap from the back.
I like it overall, but It would be nice if it had more stuffing. It is not something you sit on for hours. It is comfortable enough laying on. I slept on it for two nights- I am 510 and fit on it but was wedged in and left an imprint in the arm rest from my head being pressed against it. So if you plan to sleep on this often I would go with something else. It still comfortably fits three people, but you should invest in throw pillows to cover lower back and sides, otherwise, it gets uncomfortable.
Installation is reasonably easy but there are a couple parts that are challenging to do on your own- like flipping it over without letting it collapse inward. So I recommend enlisting a friends help.
The backside looks weird with the futons ledge and zippers sticking straight out- may want to back it against a wall or cover it with a blanket.
