I would have never considered buying a couch online without trying it out, but I am glad I did. This is an oversize couch and worth every penny. Ordering was easy, but I really loved being able to pick out my delivery day and window at checkout and it was spot on, exactly as promised. Delivery was on time and easy. has that figured out. That means a lot to me as I had to have it arrive on an exact day of move-in of a new apartment. I decided to splurge on this couch when there are a lot of cheaper ones out there. Glad I did, worth it. Reviews I read ahead of time were spot on correct.
