Love this couch! Everyone says how comfortable it is that sits on it. I purchased the matching ottoman (which is huge and equally comfortable). Delivery was generally smooth. I ordered/scheduled a few weeks before I needed it. The morning of the delivery, I could sign on to and see how many stops the delivery people were away from my house. They were prompt and delivery was smooth. It arrives in a huge box. The ottoman ended up not coming on the day I scheduled (same day/time as couch), but came the next day.
