Got an awesome deal when had this couch on sale - it was on backorder for quite awhile but it was well worth the wait. Delivery was 100% excellence. I have had and heard of horrible deliveries when it comes to big items and I was a little nervous about purchasing this big of an item online sight unseen and without testing and sitting on it first (smile) but I took the risk. XPO contacted me prior to delivering and also 15-30 min prior - the day of. They came right in the time frame they told me. They unboxed it, took away the packing material, and situated my couch where I preferred it. They were professional and courteous. The couch was more than what I expected. It is very comfortable - soft yet a little firm which means good quality as it will wear in overtime and the color and size goes perfect with my space. Love how its fully assembled and no funny odors from the material - its a classic piece and well see how it holds up in time.
