I was really excited after receiving this product and was looking forward to having a better shower experience per say, but only after having this product for two weeks it just snapped and the inside piece broke off so I was no longer able to screw it on. The product seems to be too heavy and the fact that there are pieces that are plastic makes it even worse because the plastic is not strong enough to support the shower head, I loved the water pressure and design but was so disappointed when it just snapped off.
