Requires better components to hold hand held portion
Wasnt complicated to install however my box that was inside an bag was broken and the items looked like it was Pre-used as if someone sent it back. As the inner portions had debris in it.
The adhesive portion w the attachment to hold the hand held doesnt hold .its as if that part is too heavy for it leaving the hand held portion dangle is not esthetically pleasing . However the rain head works great. Just dislike the way it arrived, and the way the hand held has to dangle down as its too heavy for the attachment that was sent for it.
Considering sending this back as Im sure it will be annoying looking at that day in and day out
