The thin back piece was cut incorrectly so it was too tall to fit within all 4 grooves. Even better is that the provided screwdriver is the wrong size for both included screw sizes. Seems like whatever Chinese factory these came out of does not have a QC department. Maybe they were better in the past, now they arent easy to install without a decent set of tools of your own.
