Great desk for the price, but get a friend to help with assembly.
This was a great upgrade for my home work area! Very sturdy desk, lots of leg room. For the price, its a pretty good desk.
The two negatives are as follows:
1/ oh my god, so many fingerprints. The desk top is horrible as far as holding fingerprints. I feel like I can never get them to go away. But this doesnt really effect the utility of the desk, its just a mild annoyance and for the pricing I cant complain.
2/ this desk absolutely requires two people to set up if you dont want to pull your hair out. I have assembled a lot of furniture in my lifetime. A lot. This was a pain to set up. It took me over two hours, maybe three, to get it set up alone. You have to pay very close attention to the directions to set it up properly, and sometimes the way theyve labeled certain pieces can be confusing, not to mention the order in which you set it up sometimes makes it more difficult than it needs to be. I did appreciate the way the screws and such were packaged, though.
