I put the desk together alone, but having two people would make it a whole lot easier and faster.
The desktop is very large and theres lots of leg room. I just finished assembling the desk and it appears to be quite strong. Pay close attention to the direction of installing the bars so they will properly align with the screw holes. That was very confusing to me but I figured it out by trial and many errors. Its a nice desk. I am pleased and would buy again or something similar for office or illustration work!
