I loved that all the parts were there, the directions were clear, and that the finished chair looked much like it looked in the picture. I was disappointed that on one cross-rung, the wooden edge was shredded, that a ding had taken a bit of the dark wood paint off to reveal the white wood underneath, and that I needed a hammer to put in the wooden plugs that hide the screw tops. The wrench was very hard for me to turn and my hands were sore by the end of the assembly process, but Im still happy I bought them and plan to weatherize them ASAP.
Each stool took a full hour to assemble.
