These stools are great - they will work perfectly in my in-home photography studio. The only issue was the small plug pieces that cover where the screws go... The package seems like maybe it got wet? They were stuck together and damaged. I did contact to request replacement peices (the stools were just fine), but they were only able to return and replace the full item. I didnt want to go through the trouble of returning a larger item (I had already put them together) but they were great to offer me a small credit for the inconvenience. Im thinking I may be able to find replacement peices at the hardware store, and most likely my clients wont notice. I always appreciate s customer service!
