These stools took a total of 15 minutes each to put together. They are as sturdy as you made them; all parts needed were included, directions were straightforward. They look clean and put together not cheap looking and fake with the wood grained style. The bar rest for your foot has a metal lip for scuff resistance which was really nice. I wish the taller size had been available as I have an island with 3 inches extra due to additional legs. However these work just fine.
