Purchased two of these platform beds for adults. Each adult is about 165lb. They were NOT easy to assemble, at least for me. It took me, female, nearly 2-hrs to complete both by myself. Save yourself the trouble and frustration and hire a handyman. Looking back, I would have paid a person $100 to have them assembled. However, they are awesome! Very sturdy and I have a nice 9 ? mattress on each. Im sure Ill have many yrs ahead with these beds. The storage is plentiful eliminating the need for more than one dresser in the room.
