For the price you pay for this item you really have nothing to complain about. My brother assembled this in 25 minutes using a drill (I wouldnt recommend trying to do it without one). All of the pieces I received were in good condition, no damage. I will say that it isnt very durable though. When I placed my TV on it I had to be extremely cautious not to scratch it. However, like I said, for the price - no complaints.
