BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Purchased this bunk bed and then the trundle later.... Turns out the bunk bed was an older model so the trundle wouldnt fit. THIS COMPANY IS SENDING ME A BRAND NEW BUNK BED!!!!! I mean does it get any better with making the customer happy?! So happy with how they handled the issue so quickly and so so helpful! Highly recommend. Not to mention the bed/trundle is beautiful and such a good price!
