Cry long day to put together. Many parts arent labeled. Help line was actually helpful though! Dont hesitate to call. If youre not handy. Dont attempt. Sturdy. Kids love it. Can take the ladder down to keep my toddler from crawling up there during the day. Pleased as punch.
