These are insanely good quality for the price. I purchased one set for my daughters and they loved it. Its been a year now and its still going strong. Just ordered another set as we have a 5th child on the way so we are bunking up the other two. Typical assembly and came with every piece we needed. The bottom of the top bunk is unfinished but not scratchy. My daughter has personalized that light wood with lots of stickers, markers and love and no one but her can see it;
*update* still going strong and now we have four kids in one room by choice. They probably are rougher on these beds then most kids and they are still going strong. So so worth the price. Oh and they had zero smell like some other reviewer stated...
***update 9/2016 we moved and these disassembled and moved fine. Still zero cracks or issues and my triplets use them like monkeys on a trampoline.
***update 1/2019- still going strong with no issues and we moved again! Thinking of buying the grey ones for my boys now and went straight to these...
