Arrived in a box that had huge holes in it, luckily the mirror was packed very well. The white frame is actually a yellowish cream. Comes with screws and anchors. Nice heavy mirror. I got 50% off, so for $45.00 it was a good buy, but not worth the original price of $89.00.
