The mirror is heavy. The frame had areas of slight tarnish and imperfection but too much of a hassle to return for something I could be the only one to really notice. It came with everything youd need to install it. It took me a while to measure between the two hooks and to get everything aligned with my sink, and straight. If my contractor was still around, it probably wouldve been a much more seamless process. Unfortunately, I hammered several holes into my wall until I got it relatively right. Still not exactly in the middle of my sink but its close enough for now.
