The fabric on the chair arms and cushion is damaged! Im so upset as I cant take another 2 days off to wait for the delivery that may not show up (the first was not delivered as promised and without any notification from ) to pickup as I cant bring it to a pickup spot without incurring more costs. This is so disappointing! I love the couch, and the chair is beautiful, but this is not what I expected. Poor customer experience!!
