Its been over a year now, the couch still looks great. Applied scotch guard when we first bought it to be safe. Color hasnt faded, and the pullout couch is great for guests. We also have taken to using the pullout couch for ourselves when we want to lay down and watch tv in our living room. Pretty awesome.
We also really like the clearance of this couch, makes sweeping and mopping under it a breeze. And it sits high enough that no one suspects it has a bed inside.
From time to time we flip the back cushions so they fork back up to neutral. Otherwise the back cushions do get a bit out of shape from normal/extended use.
