Bed is not bad. The design of the slats that support the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. We could not keep the slats in the side rails. They are either too short of the side rails are bowed. I purchased 3 racket straps , put the straps from side rail to side rail, then aliened the slats where they are suppose to go and tightened up the ratchet straps. Seems to have worked. Company did try to work with me. Seems like the design of the slat / rail system could be better.
