Had this high/quality bed for nine months when I moved cross/country and the moving company lost ALL 40+ bolts, washers and screws. I was sleeping with my mattress on the floor and contacted to see if I could purchase a new set. Long shot, of course, since losing the hardware is not covered by warranty. Amingly, Customer Service rose to the challenge, worked with me for several days, and kindly Fed/Exed replacements without charge. I just received it and every single piece is there packaged with instructions. Old/fashioned, beyond/great customer service does still exist. And now I have my bed back .
