My husband and I are both very pleased with our new bed. Its a great buy! It is definitely worth the money spent. I needed something low profile, space saving, but sturdy and something I can easily get in and out of due to my health. This works perfect. The drawers are a great size for storing extra linens and blankets or whatever you want.
I recommend having 2 people available to assemble, as well as a power tool with Allen (hex-standard size) and Phillips head bits at the ready. The Allen wrench (hex key) provided in the packaging will come in handy for a couple of the tights spots. The directions itself are very clear and easy to follow. Its going to take a little time to assemble, but thats what I would expect if I want it to hold up. The finished product is worth it at the end.
As with anything bulky, expect the package to be very heavy. Its nearly 70 lbs. I recommend taking it out of the box and bringing it inside a few pieces at a time. Be aware that this package is delivered by UPS and they are required to get a signature when tgey first scan the package. So it will alert them that someone will need to be home. However, when they go to get the signature the requirement disappears. This seems to be a consistent delivery issue that I have seen in a few of the comments. Other than a minor delivery issue, the product itself is solid.
