The futon arrived in one box, and was easy to assemble. The futon has been slept on and that review is better than my bed. That being said it is a futon. The upholstery is NOT a rich linen and feels to me like it is rich nylon. Something to be called rich linen I would expect a little better quality. This is the only problem I have for the futon. Functionality and ease of use are actually really good. I have had it for one month and it was slept on for 3 days by a guest. No problems as of the time I wrote this review
Does not live up to the name persay
