I read all reviews thoroughly before purchasing! Honestly, I tend to believe the negative reviews more than good ones. However, with this product it is amazing both quality and look wise. People are saying this product was too firm for them. It is firm but my fiance and Is backs love firm. We hate that memory foam stuff. This product worked great for the both of us!
