I really like this futon. First of all, it arrived in a package that I could put on a hand cart and get on the elevator and take to my 2nd story apartment. I had help from my daughter, just because it was kinda heavy for just myself (smaller lady). No problem getting thru doors, etc. It was easy to put together. It is very firm as others have stated, but that is what I wanted and preferred. Using mostly for couch seating and on the rare occasion I have company stay over, will use it for bed. I have used the reclining position a couple of times as well. The fabric is what I expected from the description and I like it as well.
