So far I love this futon/sofa! I was worried since I got a really good deal on this piece that it would be cheap/low quality but I was really pleasantly surprised when I got it out of the box. The material seems pretty nice, not super soft but nice. The look is very hip and it looks great in my small living area. It lays down easy for sleeping (but I have not someone sleep on it yet). Overall I am pleased! I purchased the gray color and it is fully upholstered even on the back. One small issue was the zipper under the cushion where they stored the legs for shipping broke after opening so I had to safety pin the fabric so it would not hang down.
