What a deal! Most reviews I read mentioned that the futon was firm and that was my only hesitation. It is slightly firm but not in a way that makes it uncomfortable! The shipping was right on time and the delivery person even took the time to bring it up three flights to my apartment! The assembly was incredibly simple, and voila--Futon Sofa Bed.
My only minor complaint was that the thin covering it came wrapped in was attached to one corner of the couch with some sort of glue, and it stuck to the fabric. I was able to get it almost completely off without tearing the fabric though!
