Took pretty much the entire 10 business days to arrive with standard shipping. Box is very heavy so does require two people to lift. Futon is very easy to assemble. No additional tools required. No obvious defects noted. Looks cosmetically pleasing but not the most comfortable to lie on. I personally prefer something firmer so wasnt a big deal to me. I got this futon in grey and placed it in the 2nd bedroom I am using as an office/guest room. I would recommend especially for the price.
