I just moved and had to downsize my couch because my newer place had a narrow living room. I got this couch and love the way it looks. Was very easy to put together. It was a little smaller than I thought, 70 sounds huge in my mind. So I bought the chaise. Together theyre a decent size. They look great, they were both easy to put together (easier than furniture), but theyre pretty stiff. At least I know I wont be passing out on the couch before making it to bed.
