I really love this futon. It is perfect for my small apartment. I also ordered the chaise that goes with it and it looks like a modern sectional. Its firm but comfortable. I rated it four stars because, like other reviewers have said, the middle has started to sink in pretty quickly. But given the price its a great value, and probably not something you would need to last as long as a more expensive couch. It is exactly what I needed!
