This is a great purchase. I have a used 3 person couch that looks brand new thanks to this. I dont have a pet but I do have a 4 year old and a 42 year old child (jk!). First day my partner spilled soda on the couch, it dried up and didnt leave a stain! The only thing I dislike is that it could have more stretch. When I push the cushions under the back cusions, they sometimes push out.
