I ordered 2 of these, one black, and one silver. I like that theyre lower than a traditional bunk, I have my 4 year old daughter sleeping on the top of one, so it makes me feel a little better safety wise. I put a twin mattress underneath one of them and a full mattress underneath the other. Both sizes fit great, and it leaves an extra sleeping area for friends. Good deal
