loved the piece on line- that is why I purchased it. We started putting it together and had 2 duplicates of the same piece and missing the other- got a hold of the supplier and they were great shipped it out promptly....continued putting it together and found that the sink holes were not deep enough on the bottom shelf causing it not to be assembled--at this point we used our own screws and then we needed a couple different sized dowells. We had 3 small and 1 large when we needed 2 of each- thank goodness my husband knows what he is doing when it comes to things like this. Rather than waiting on the right pieces we went ahead and fixed the problem even though we should not have to but this was needed for a piece in our living room before today---graduation party and birthday party! i was not looking for a refund or discount but the pieces that are needed should have been in the box and were not
