Got this for less than $60. The finish on the piece was decent. Usable but there are some chips in the paint work. The installation was easy but the pictures where hard to see and understand. There were also not much instruction on how to install pieces when a step shows you more than one piece being installed. Overall, the piece for what we need. We used it as a console table for the entry way next to our shoe rack. The drawer is a little small but still usable.
