I was looking for a bench for the foot of our king/size storage bed. I was hoping for something to help our cats get up on to our very high bed and a place to put on my shoes. It fits the space nicely and serves its purpose. The storage area is not as deep as one might think. It was easy to assemble. I am a bit concerned about its sturdiness. I feel the need to sit down very carefully when I sit on it. Overall, Im happy with the purchase.
