Just as described. Took a minute to put together but then again it is a giant bed. Instructions are easy to follow. For anyone that says the drawers do not line up, you need to shift the bed. We had that happen when we initially put it together but we shifted the bed and the drawers line up just fine and close. So far pretty happy.
